Google Click Fraud Settled

Finally an answer.

Yesterday a state judge in Arizona ruled for the settlement case of Lane Gifts vs Google.

If you've waited to see how the case played out you now have until Aug 4th to place a claim.

I'd be interested to hear from those who have already filed and those planning to file in the next few days.

A former client of mine requested help in "getting the ball rolling" for him this morning. I just wish he'd taken my advice and made the claim months ago when I first brought it to his attention. At least, that would have allowed for a lesser time crunch.

Oh well, guess it's like cramming for finals.
